Spain and Portugal

Fully available. Spanish voices in Spain-Spanish accent, billing in euros, GDPR paperwork, and native integration with the leading clinic-management software.

Latin America

Available in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic and Guatemala. Voices with local or neutral Latin American accent, billing in dollars, and data-processing agreements adapted to each country's law.

United States

English-speaking assistant, billing in dollars. We sign a BAA as your business associate; ask us for the current compliance status in writing before committing — we'll tell you exactly what's signed and what's pending.

When yours opens we write once, with first-customer terms. If you are the first clinic in your country, we tell you and we talk before we commit to anything.
